CrossFit Work Over Time opened its doors in 2013. Since then it has been the goal of our professional coaches to combine the best results-based training and nutrition principles with encouragement, accountability, creativity and laughter. We have created a supportive community of athletes who encourage and celebrate each other’s success. In August of 2016 we combined forces with CrossFit Barcode so that we can continue our success under one roof.
